BIOGRAPHYMr. Oliver first joined the firm in 1995 and was named Partner in 2002. He was raised in the Capital District and now resides with his family in Guilderland, New York. Mr. Oliver heads up the firm's Appellate Department and oversees the appeals of all Workers' Compensation matters. He focuses his personal practice in the areas of Workers' Compensation Law and Social Security, concentrating on the litigation and appellate practice involving complex work-related accidents and occupational disease claims.
