BIOGRAPHYMr. Keenan first joined the firm in 1987 and was named Partner in 1993. He was raised in the Albany area and now resides with his family in Delmar, New York. As the firm’s senior partner, he heads up the Workers' Compensation Defense Department and oversees the litigation of all Workers' Compensation matters. He focuses his personal practice in the areas of Workers' Compensation Law and Social Security. Mr. Keenan represents a diverse body of clients and concentrates on the litigation of complex work-related accidents and occupational disease claims, as well as resolving issues for alleged uninsured employers including matters of compliance with the Workers’ Compensation Board.
