BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Violando first joined the firm in 1997 and was named Partner in 2002. He was raised in the Syracuse area and now resides with his family in Halfmoon, New York. Mr. Violando heads up the firm’s Litigation Department and oversees all Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation matters. He focuses his personal practice in the areas of Workers’ Compensation Law, Personal Injury and Subrogation, and Appellate Practice, with an emphasis on the litigation of complex work-related accidents and occupational disease claims.
