BIOGRAPHYZach joined the firm in 2010. In addition to representing the Firms’ clients in Workers’ Compensation matters, Mr. Pratt has also represented and counseled numerous individual, union and corporate clients in various labor and employment matters, including: claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation; violations of civil and human rights; contract negotiations; and, disciplinary disputes. Mr. Pratt has also represented clients with vehicle and traffic matters, as well as contract, real property, personal injury, unemployment insurance benefits, insurance and commercial disputes. Mr. Pratt has represented clients in New York State and Federal court, and also in administrative hearings, mediation and arbitration proceedings. Born and raised in New England, Zach now resides in Albany.
